Founded in 1952, ITL Corp. is one of the premier manufacturers and producers of hardwood lumber and logs. Corporate headquarters are located in Beachwood, Ohio where administrative, sales, and shipping functions are carried out. The Company has total employment in excess of 500 employees working throughout the USA, Europe and the Far East.
The Company owns and sustainably manages in excess of 50,000 acres of prime Northern and Appalachian timberlands; the majority of which are located in West Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York. The Company is a strong supporter of the principles of sustainable forestry initiative, and consequently, has a forestry department which manages its timberlands.
All of the ITL facilities have been strategically located to take advantage of the hardwood resources unique to these various geographic regions i.e. cherry, maple, and Northern oak from Pennsylvania, poplar and Appalachian red oak from Ohio, etc. Quality production standards are maintained throughout the various facilities and have become the trademark of ITL products.

These facilities all have modern computerized sawmills, lumber handling systems, including computerized grading, tallying and sorting systems. These facilities have a combined annual capacity in excess of 200M MBF.
The company's products are sold both nationally and internationally through the company directly to customers or by agents and distributors.
